One of the most original movies directed by José María Cabral is Hotel Coppelia. A performance that has no weak moments. The film gave me goosebumps. Hotel Coppelia has it all, brilliant acting, nice performance and well written plot. I am a huge fan of José María Cabral and this movie was his finest work last time. The acting is really gorgeous, bringed to life characters that are rich in details and complex. Hotel Coppelia has many details and scenes that I really cannot get out of my mind since watching it for the first time. Is Hotel Coppelia the best film of all time? I would put it in my top 5 for sure. Movie of the century for me.
